Professional Goals

  1. Embrace my new profession as a Registered Dietitian by completing my internship and earning my RD credential & Medical Nutrition Therapy license. July 1, 2025.

  2. Rebrand my external facing professional identity as a Registered Dietitian through my FoodsciencebyKC.com platform and social media. August 1, 2025.

  3. Craft a career as an independent contractor that enables me to have flexibility in my schedule and work locations. September 1, 2025.

    • Launch my private practice.
    • Continuously seek career opportunities to work with the PKU community.
    • Retain and continue to expand my deep subject matter expertise in clinical pediatric enteral tube feeding.

  4. Continue to selectively give back and share my knowledge with the communities in which I live.

  5. Continue to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle so that I am a good role model for the profession of Dietetics.
